Payzaza provides financial technology software, IT services and business support services. Payment acceptance, settlement, payouts and lending are provided by or in partnership with regulated banks, RBI-authorised payment aggregators and licensed lenders, and are subject to their eligibility criteria, approvals and terms.

- You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Information you submit must be accurate and must belong to you or be submitted with authorisation.

The Payzaza name, logo, website content and software are owned by Payzaza Private Limited or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Content on the Website is for general information. Product features, availability and pricing may change and are confirmed only in a signed agreement. Sample dashboards and figures shown are illustrative.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to any agreement that provides otherwise.
